Step One: Confirming your watch designs with a sales representative
You can select the available designs from our website or send your own designs. Either way, it is strongly suggested that you include as many details as possible in your request. This will save a lot of time for future email communications. Of course, you are also free to talk with your sales representative on WhatsApp or Skype if you like. This step is simply to let us know what you want.
Step Two: Asking your representative for a quote
When your order details are confirmed, your sales representative will email you a formal quote. This will include the unit prices, quantities, shipping info and costs, and also lead time. You can use this quote sheet to estimate your total costs and the time your order is expected to arrive. This step is for you to have an evaluation of your order.
Step Three: Asking your representative for an invoice
Our quote either works for you or otherwise. If it does, you can ask your sales representative for an invoice, which will include your order details, the payment amounts, and our bank info. This is to assist you with your payment. If unfortunately not, then you can continue to negotiate with your representative until your reach an agreement.
Step Four: Sending payments
Upon receiving the invoice you can proceed to pay the requested amount. Generally speaking, we request 100% payment in advance for samples while twice payments for bulk purchases.
