Things are not always as difficult as it seems. Starting your own watch brand is very easy if you can find the right people to help you. Our ASCEND team is very professional with the experience and expertise in custom watch designing and manufacturing, and we have helped many new brands to get started and grow. If you are keen to work with us on your watch brand, simply follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Sharing your design ideas with our team
You can:
- send us some reference pictures of how you want each watch part to look like
- submit an available design which you want to modify and rebrand
- provide us a hand drawing of your design if possible
Please be as specific as possible when you are doing this. For example, please say “I want to use a Swiss three-hand movement with a date box” instead of “I want to use a Swiss movement”. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to do the designs.
We can also supply watch boxes, so if you want custom made watch boxes to go with your watches, please also share your ideas or select the available designs from our website.
If your design is original and you do not want it to be disclosed to any third party, we would like to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with you. This will guarantee that your design will be kept confidential.
STEP 2: Working with our designers on a detailed mock up
Our designers can do a rough mock up based on your ideas or materials submitted, but most of the time a design needs to be revised a few times before it comes out the way you want it to be. Please keep close contact with our designer team to finish the mock up.
STEP 3: Getting a sample
It is always advisable to order one or a few samples first to evaluate quality and details. If unfortunately you are not happy with any detail of the samples you receive, please tell us and we will make changes accordingly. If everything works for you, then we can move forward with the bulk order. Of course, you are free to skip this step if you want.

STEP 4: Placing your order
You can place a bulk order if our watch and offer work for you. Mass production usually takes 45-60 days, so please give us enough time to prepare the watch parts, do the assembly and quality control tests. If your order is for an event or holiday sales, make sure you place your order 60-80 days in advance. For more details on how to place an order just click here.
STEP 5: Shipping
The last step is to get your order shipped. We work with a few international couriers (DHL, UPS, EMS, etc) to provide door to door shipping service. Ask our sales team for the latest rates. We can provide drop-shipping services to clients who order in bulk on monthly basis.
